    • 4 hour tech run a week before

    • Doors open 30 minutes before start time

      • To make sure no one is having any tech issues.

    • House/Tech Manager

    • 1 Usher/ 100 audience members

    • Announcements in the theatre letting people know about the virtual program (if you have created one) as well as 15 and 5 minute warnings to the start of the event/production

    • Doors close 1 hour after event ends.
